Phone Consultation:

This introductory call is designed to discuss your child’s sleep challenges, review your goals, and explore how I can best support your family.

Comprehensive Client Intake Form:

Your journey begins with a detailed intake form and a 24-hour sleep/feed log. This helps me understand your child, their current sleep patterns, feeding schedule, and any unique challenges.

Personalized Sleep Plan:

Using the information from our phone call, your intake form, and sleep/feed logs, I will create a personalized sleep plan that supports your child and family goals.

What you can expect in your personalized sleep plan:

  • Sleep Cycles & Development: Understand how natural sleep cycles and developmental milestones impact your child’s sleep.

  • Sleep Environment: Guidance on creating a calm, safe, and sleep-friendly space.

  • Feeding & Nutrition: Recommendations to ensure your child gets enough calories at the right times to support better sleep.

  • Daytime Routines: Guidance for naps and daily schedules that promote restorative sleep.

  • Settling Techniques: We will discuss age appropriate settling strategies that are best suited for your child and family.

  • Nap & Nighttime Plans: Step-by-step instructions and contingency strategies for naps and nighttime sleep.

60–90 Minute Consultation:

Once your personalized sleep plan has been emailed, we’ll schedule a detailed phone consultation to review it from start to finish. This ensures you fully understand the plan before beginning sleep training and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any details.

21-Day Support Program:
Ongoing support is essential for maintaining progress and making adjustments to your sleep plan. This program is ideal for parents who prefer a gradual approach or need extended guidance during their child’s sleep journey.

Support Includes:

  • Text Message Support: Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Weekend responses will be provided during reasonable hours.

  • Email Support: Daily email access to answer any questions or concerns that arise.

  • Support Phone Calls: Two 30-minute calls per week to provide personalized guidance, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.
