What’s included:

Comprehensive Client Intake Form:

You will begin by completing a detailed client intake form and a 24-hour sleep/feed log. This information helps me understand your child's current sleep patterns and feeding schedule.

60-Minute Phone or In-Home Consultation:

During this time, we will discuss your client intake form in depth. I will also outline areas that I feel we need to focus on whilst working with you to determine the most suitable sleep training approach for your infant or toddler.

  • Pemberton Residents:

    For residents of Pemberton, there is the convenience of conducting this consultation in the comfort of your own home, if preferred, at no extra charge.

  • Whistler Residents:

    For residents of Whistler, there will be an additional charge of $50, should you prefer to discuss your intake form in person.

  • Residents outside of Pemberton and Whistler:

    Please contact Rebecca to discuss in-home consultation options and additional charges.

Personalized Sleep Plan:

Once your customized sleep plan has been emailed to you, I will schedule a time to discuss it in detail with you. This consultation serves as an opportunity for you to ask questions, clarify any aspects of the plan, and ensure that you feel comfortable before proceeding.

14-Day Support:

Support during the implementation of your sleep plan is crucial for maintaining progress and making necessary adjustments.

This support package is ideal for providing ongoing guidance and support beyond the initial days of implementing your sleep plan.

Includes:

  • Text Message Support:

    Receive text message support between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. On weekends, responses will be provided as promptly as possible during reasonable hours.

  • Email Support:

    Daily email support to address any questions or concerns that may arise during the program.

  • Support Phone Calls:

    Benefit from two 30-minute support phone calls per week. These calls are scheduled to provide personalized guidance, address progress, and make adjustments as needed.
